On the main page of the community users will see most popular ideas, relevant problems, popular questions and most recent thanks. As administrator you can turn off or rename these types (Ideas, Problems, Questions, Thanks).
Also main page of the customer feedback system contains field for adding and searching responses, community stats, and categories if any.
Adding New Response
You can ask users to login prior to posting new response or allow non-authorized users post responses, vote and add comments.
When adding a response we first search for similar responses to reduce the number of duplicate topics. In case there are similar topics added you can merge them without loosing comments and votes.
As soon as new response is added, administrator and company representatives receive email notifications. You can also receive notifications on daily basis.
In case Pre-moderation is turned on, responses and comments will not be published before they have been moderated.
Administrators and all company representatives can see activity log of all community actions. Besides this, you can filter all responses by popularity, time period, and by types.
Add official answer to a response, change response type by selecting from predefined list.
You can also move topic to trash if inappropriate content was added, lock comments if the conversation is no longer relevant, or merge single topic with another one in case duplicate topics were posted.
Let the most popular responses gain more popularity by people voting for them. This way you will be able to prioritize the responses easily.
You have an option to allow only positive votes or negative votes as well.
One user can leave only one vote for a response. The vote of the user adding a response is automatically calculated.
Installation of UseResponse is quite easy, no special programming knowledge is required.
Administration area allows you to customize the community look, manage widget location and design, responses moderation, languages and translation, users and roles, categories, email templates, login options.
You can also set up separate modules of the system and manage backups.
